Cruising the half the Great Loop

Planning to Cruise the Bahamas this summer and then cruise up the ICW to Detroit. I plan to buy a sailboat somewhere in Florida and the cross the Gulf Stream for a month or so to the Bahamas then head north. I have also thought of the idea of delivery a boat for someone to Michigan keeping the cost down. Does anyone know how someone would go about finding boats that may need to delivered?
