Multiple chargers, multiple battery banks

I'm trying to rationalise the charging systems on the boat as part of planning the addition of solar.

At the moment we have:

Batteries:
- Generator cranking: Varta G7 95Ah Car battery
- Engine cranking: Banner 100Ah P10044 Starter Battery
- House: 3 x Rolls AGM 120Ah
- Bowthruster: 2 x unknown

Alternator: Mastervolt w/ Alpha Pro
Charger: Cristec CPS2 60A (Bosch C3 attached to generator start battery)

The generator start battery is completely separate with its own charger so can be ignored for now (there's a separate isolator which can connect it in to the house bank in an emergency)

I'll need to check next time I'm on the boat what kind of batteries the bowthruster uses, but we have at least two types of battery already between the AGM house bank and the starter battery.

The Mastervolt Alpha Pro connects to a battery isolator (Sure Power SP1203) which in turn connects to each bank. I haven't followed the cables yet but I believe the Cristec connects to each bank individually.

Is it possible (or necessary) to set up separate charge profiles for each bank?

And if adding solar in, should the controller connect to the battery isolator or direct to the house bank?

Re: Multiple chargers, multiple battery banks

All significant charge sources should go direct to House.

The secondary batts get connected via Echo Charger or combiner / VSR, or

if impractical to prevent voltage drop over the distance with fat wiring, use a DCDC charger.

Measure V and A at the bank to ensure they are within batt mfg specs.
