Battery Temperature Sensor

My alternator and ac battery charger both have battery temperature sensors. I am going to add a solar panel and I see it can use a temperature probe also. Rather than add another wire to the bank is there any way to combine them. One sensor supplying three units? I am almost certain this is not possible but thought I would ask.

Theoretically you could use CAN bus with converters, but i doubt it is worth additional effort only for battery monitoring...
