Oh wait, was that commetn a really long time ago?? I played with a 3 step charger that was a cheap unit from Super cheap Auto a heck of a long time back now. It was only good for I think an amp or two. Nothing like what we need. But I thought why not use the sensing/controlling side of the unit, which was mostly done in a chip, and replace the output with a higher capacity SCR and controll circuit. But I think I had a little oopsy. I can't remember what the heck happend now. Darn my memory. What ever, I do know I just went and spent the money and bought a real smart charger that would do the job.

For God so loved the world..........He didn't send a committee.
