Crew Wanted: Weekday crew for NY harbor sailing

Looking for experienced crew to assist retiree with dock lines and sail handling on Tartan 37. I like to get out once or twice midweek and leave Jersey City slip around noon...back by 4 pm or later if ok. I'm not a wheel hog so plenty of time for crew to drive if in possession of required "safe boating" license.
Caution! This skipper is a cigar smoker.
