Find-a-crew is one resource for finding crew jobs.

Another would be to check the "normal" job sites, like Monster or Dice. There is probably one or two of them that are more popular with the industry and will have most of the jobs.

I'm sure there are also whole websites dedicated to the marine businesses.

There is a crewing website somewhere, and also agencies in Lauderdale I think.
