Crew Wanted: Looking for semi-experienced person or persons for California to Mexico/One month

I'm fairly new to offshore cruising and have recently purchased a 63 monohull. I'd like to have someone aboard who is confident in sailing to go with me from California to Mexico's Sea of Cortez. Want to cruise for a month or so before returning to California. I will pay all costs in exchange for your knowledge and patience. Ideal person would have a great sense of humor and not a drinker or smoker. Willing to pitch in and cook/clean, along with sailing duties. Looking to leave sometime in May. Leave me a message. Boat is a 63' ferro cement, center cockpit. Has 4 cabins and 2 full heads each with shower, and one with a bathtub. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, etc....all the bells and whistles. This boat has been built over the last 30 years and has just recently been launched. It is dated as a 2012, which is the first year of formal registration. Everything new aboard, including engine and generator. I'd like someone who has done offshore and can be patient in teaching me. Hopefully this can be a fun trip with lots of memory's. Thanks.
