I have a Morgan like scout 30 was talking about. I've hauled her out recently. I did bottom paint all new thru hulls and valves (bronze). Had rigging fixed. Checked rudder and cutlass both in good shape. She is rented out as a nightly rental on air bnb. On an inexpensive dock in St Thomas. All she needs is a motor and she's ready to go. Good ones are available near by. I love her but might be time for change. I also have an island car that can be thrown in on the deal as well. I would want $16,000

Hi, I have a 1979 Hunter 37C. The woman I bought if from put in $19k (I have receipts), I put in a newer engine with brand new exhaust system, brand new central 16,000 but A/C heat, much new wiring, 7 new fans, new Trojan 105 batteries, new shower sump and galley plumbing, 2 new bilge pumps with new hoses. and so much more.

I'm getting old (63) can't work on her anymore, still needs topsides paint & canvas
