I am not sure your requirements, but completely ready to sail, recently ran second in class in offshore race, over $120 k spent in last few years in documented upgrades. Utterly blue water capable.

My time frame is two years out so a 2012 is a 5 year old boat. Typically when the new models come out of charter.

That makes sense, if your looking to buy ex-charter, there are numerous units on the Charter company websites. Some indicating when they will be coming out of charter as well.

That's my approach to obtain the specific Oceanis configuration that changed in model year 2012. All before are the older design. In my view, the 2012 design for the 41' and 45' was a precursor to the 2013 Oceanis 38 and now the 35. There are a few boats just coming into the market now that are early barometers of where the prices are falling to. Also, as these will be just the basic fit out, I'll be able to plug in some new components that were not on board when the boat was commissioned as new in 2012.
