This is a custom Volvo crankshaft pulley for using dual fan belts on your Volvo Penta 2001, 2002, 2003 or 2003T engine.

This is the pulley I used on my 2003 engine to power a 105-amp alternator with twin fan belts. Uses "3L" size belts (a standard, easy to get size). You can adjust the distance between the pulleys by changing the thickness of the washers separating the front pulley from the rear. The rear pulley is in the standard location.

I got the alternator from the place that advertises on E-Bay. As I remember, they are in Tennessee (?), DB Electronics (?) Great people and they will install a dual pulley on the alternator for you.
