I have been diligently searching for a well maintaned, well found, good looking pilothouse sailboat for some time. Have had a few surveys and nothing has met my requirements so far.
If you have a nice Nauticat type pilothouse sailboat for sale, cash will be provided for free and clear title of a sound surveyed vessel.

you should check the nauticat USA website regularlly and also join the nauticat group on yahoo. most well maintained nauticat pilothouses never hit the market as they are very desirable and get sold by merely posting on the private lists. i can recall 3 or 4 sold off these lists in the past few years.

by the way we've had our nauticat 321 for 4 year now and just love the boat. very good seakeeping qualities, pilothouse is a joy in dismal great lakes squally weather . give a shout if you are coming near lake erie's north shore..
