Perkins 4108 engine, borg warner velvet drive gear box, brand new heat exchanger, brand new water pump, Both used for less than 1 hour on engine. Full set VDO classic style engine instruments (20 yo). Brand new gear and throttle cables. Also brand new oil coolers. Approx 5000 hours since initial installation of engine. Brand new exhaust elbow. I will fill you in on the history of this engine when you call. ****Engine disassembled***** and ready for rebuild. Reluctant to separate. Price negotiable. Can deliver SYD MEL BNE or anywhere in between. I spent 10K on this engine before deciding to re engine. After rebuilding most of engine externals she ran like a beauty. Came back next day to finish some work and she had salt water in oil. She had syphoned salt water through exhaust overnight due to failed syphon valve. Bugger. Engine was drained and immediately filled with diesel to preserve prior to inspection and strip down. Insurance paid out and I bit bullet and re engined with nice new vetus, fuel tanks, electrics etc. If you already have a 4108 you will not regret buying this engine for brand new stuff alone.
