For Sale: Nissan 3.5hp 2-Stoke Outboard

Our 3.5 hp Nissan outboard is up for sale. About 10 years old, it's still a good runner that usually starts on the first or second pull, hot or cold. The overall condition is good for a motor used only as a tender . It still got all of its bits and pieces. The motor has a short (15" transom) shaft. It comes with the owner's manual (and the took kit.

We just jumped up to an 9 hp and only have room for one motor.

Asking $150 for the motor. Pickup St. Augustine, Fla. Leaving Fla for points south middle of Jan. So act Fast.

Nissan offers two varieties of 3.5 hp motors; the 3.5A which features a forward-only gear, and for those that prefer a forward-neutral gearshift, the 3.5B. At just under 29 lbs. these engines are light enough to carry and powerful enough to propel your sailboat or dinghy where you need to go. The 3.5B's forward-neutral gearshift makes maneuvering in to tight-fitting dock slips a breeze.
