Earn a Finder's Fee - Find My Dream Boat

I am in the market for a 50’ Hudson “Venice” model, but there is only one on Yachtworld.com, which I have already looked at. So help me find another and earn an easy finders fee.
For the benefit of anyone not familiar with this version of the Hudson Force 50: The "Venice" has a center cockpit, a pilothouse, flush teak decks, entry at the side of the cockpit, (not in the center), upper and lower saloons, and an aft cabin with a Queen bed and transom windows. See http://www.yachtworld.com/boats/1984/HudsonForce-50-%26quot%3Bv...--1604589/Burton%2C-Vashon-Island/WA/United-States
If anyone knows of one for sale, or even an owner who is considering selling, please let me know by private message. I will consider all comers - anywhere.

The blatantly obvious question that no doubt comes to mind to most on here, is:

"Given you have identified the exact yacht you want to purchase, why are you not purching the one available?"

Looks like there is one in California and one in Florida, though I only looked for 5 minutes.

Well, the answer to BlueSovereign is simple: I think it’s overpriced, especially in today’s marketplace, and the owner is sticking with his price. That’s why I’m searching for another of the same type model.
Re Stoupidmonkey’s reply: I can find two Force 50’s on Yachtworld in California, but they are not Venice models, so where did you find the one in Florida?

So what do you regard is a "fair-price" for that yacht?

I don’t want to get into a discussion about what I think that boat is worth to me. It is always a matter of personal opinion and circumstances, and one man’s steal can be another man’s rip-off – especially with boats.
Stoupidmonkey: I think all those listings are old. Only the first one was a genuine Venice which was on Yachtworld in 2007, and has long gone. The “Florida” boat is in fact the Hudson in Albany NY, still on Yachtworld but now sold, but not a Venice version. The Emeryville boat is not a Venice either. Anyway, thanks for your effort, there would have been $1000 in it for you.

My apologies, I didn't realize it was one of the ones mentioned earlier. Disregard.
