I own a f-27 for sale Best boat I have ever sailed but to small for the family of 5.Okay for weekend cruises other wise the misses gets cranky. If you are intersted let me know here is what she is

Sails
Main pin top full batten good condition
Genoa good condition
100% jib excellent condition
Spinnaker good condition
Harken roller furler
Spinnaker pole 1 jaw needs replacing I never used the pole spinnaker set very well without it.
Winchs Can’t find the list

Electronics
Ray marine st 1000 auto helm tiller 2006
Solar panel 42 watt Kyocera
Vhf/dsc radio 2007
There is a depth and speed unit on board
I had the transducers removed and the hull glassed.
If you wanted depth a unit without a thru hull transducer would be better.I think.
Amp and speakers for ipod
2 group 27 batteries 2007 and 2006
Stove Origo alcohol
Head w holding tank La vac If you can like a marine toilet this on is great.

Nets mains are 2 years old unfortunataley an osprey had breakfast on the port net and cut a web still serviceable but damaged. The bow nets should be replaced.

Original amas have no deck lip smoother entry they are layed up in ½ sections the newer ones are decked and have a overhang or lip around the top. Stbd amas probably was damaged mid section at some point. The only sign is the paint is a different color. Very well done repair if that is what it is.
The plexi fixed ports are in need of replacing port side has a crack in it.

Interior cushions are okay a little warn

I think the only thing I have left off this list are the anchors. 1 delta 27 and and a 10 lb danforth. Rope rhode and 6' of chain on both. I don't know the condition of the other boat. It seems priced low I am asking $36,000
