Show USACE mile markers on inland waterway enc's?

Has anyone been able to show mile markers on USACE inland waterways charts?

I have found that some of the lights and bridges have mile locations in the waypoint properties. Otherwise no mile markers that I can see.

in OCPN click the toolbar A+ button to turn on ENC text. the mile markers are the pink numbers to the right of each "km" symbol. No idea why they're indicated as km, but the numbers are correct mile markers.
