I have no idea what you are missing. Maybe you imported them as normal tracks.

I discovered that they got install as tracks and not layers, so we can remove them this way.
Thanks

They are as tracks and how can we move them to the layers? The file is a .gpx file, could this be the cause of it?

Is there only one mail client on your system
Is there only one mail account in Outlook ?

Re: OpenCPN Beta Version 3.3.2222 Released

Hello together,

I am using CM93 charts having quilting on. Everything seems to be according to the manual except that I see the outline of the individual cells in magenta. I am not able to get this off. Any ideas?

Lubuntu 14.04 64 bit.

Thanks in advance

re:
"I have checked the Mac OS X version from opencpn.org.
It is coming without any plugin now? Not even grib_pi and dashboard_pi anymore?"

Sigh...
You are correct. A bug in the build script, I think.

So many platforms to alpha check, I simply missed this one.

Thanks for the catch. We will have an update Beta pretty soon.

Re: OpenCPN Beta Version 3.3.2222 Released

I tried using 2222 today but had to give up when the heading showing in OCPN was 30+deg different than the autopilot was showing and OCPN is supposed to use that as the input on COM3. On Win 8.1 there appears to be a problem with what is being sent/received on COM ports and the NMEA monitor does not seem to be showing all the messages.

The APB messages seem to vary each side of the true course required by more and more, and in fact you end up going somewhere completely different from the route that is supposed to be followed.

I went back to 3.3.2118 and the autopilot was as it used to be. I have a feature request in to enable true filtering of input messages to solve a slight problem. But in this version I am not really sure what is going on. The NMEA output window does no seem to show the amount of erroneous messages being sent to my autopilot. Looking at the autopilot front panel which shows the magnetic course it is trying to steer there appears to be a new course every second with differences as big as 30degrees.

I have attached a PDF showing two screen shots of the NMEA output and part of the track followed. You will notice the complete overshoot of the waypoint. The log from the time I was doing the test and a screen shot showing the track that was actually followed.

Re: OpenCPN Beta Version 3.3.2222 Released

OpenCPN will crash in Fontselector with OS X Yosemite when not used the latest commit for wxWidgets 3.1.0. Text from commit:

Quote:
Fix wxFontDialog exceptions on OS X Yosemite

Opening the font dialog would result in an exception in
RunMixedFontDialog:

-[NSView resetFlags]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x6080001285c0

The code in question assumed that NSFontPanel's accessory view either
didn't exist or was created by wx, and casted it to
wxMacFontPanelAccView* without checking. But this assumption is no
longer true on OS X 10.10, the view is apparently pre-set to some
default NSView instance.

Fix the code to check accessoryView's class before treating it as
wxMacFontPanelAccView.

Dave
If you have read previously a file with current and you have checked the check box "current" then when you read another file without current the check box "current" is hidden but stay checked thus if "particles" are set for current, wind particles will not be displayed due to the stop timer placed before tests and returns. it must be displaced
(see #FS1550") and pull requests

Re: OpenCPN Beta Version 3.3.2222 Released

Hello Dave,

Today I went back to my boat and I got the stick VisitMyHarbour with all raster maps of Great Britain and Ireland.

This works but is very slow O 332 222. Difficult to change charts. Memory is used between 600MB and 530MB depending on the time.
I tried ON OpenGL and OpenGL OFF. Nothing has changed. I also tried with quilting ON, and Quilting OFF. No change either.

Best regards. Gilletarom.
