Needed: Ocpn_draw boundaries for the Caribbean Islands

Because the GSHHG Land outline is inaccurate and incomplete along all the Caribbean Islands, OpenCPN Weather-Routing needs a good set of boundaries created in Ocpn-Draw.

We need someone willing to create these boundaries using parameters such as this:
1. Create Exclusion Boundaries around all landmass.
2. Create Exclusion Boundaries around all areas less than 10' deep.
3. What charts can be used?
4. Boundaries and number of points are to be reduced and such that they are "conservative" (deeper water).

We could host these boundaries with a disclaimer about safety on the Weather_routing Wiki.
