Doyle Guides Waypoints how to import?

In Open CPN I see that I can import gpx files for waypoints. In reading the Doyle Cruising guides to the caribbean they have a list of waypoints here gps waypoints downoad that can be downloaded but they dont appear to bein gpx format. Is there a way to convert these or another way to import them so I can get them into Open CPN?

Ted,

The download link mentions 2 utilities to convert the text to gpx format.

I think I converted, by hand, the text to Excel csv format and then used g7towin to convert to gpx.

This works.
Download the Garmin mps files from Doyles page.
I downloaded the Windwards.mps, and used "gpsbabel" like this from the command line.
Code:
gpsbabel -i mapsource -f windwards2011.mps -o gpx -F windward.gpx
This produced the windward.gpx file. The default uses circles with a dot as wpt icon. Use search and replace to change this.
All info is available in O, nothing lost!
