I am interested in getting an M-802 but would need the serial number, what is included, the condition, previous usage, cables included, antenna tuner included (or not), whether the MMSI had been programmed in to it, where the radio would be shipped from, etc.

I don't need the most recent model but that would be nice. I don't want a very early model. Thanks.
