Ray marine 6000 auto helm upgrade

Looking for input regarding upgrading my Ray marine 6000 auto helm to interface with my more recently installed Ray marine E95 MFD. Can I replace the auto-helm's control head to the P 70, which I am told will utilize the Lighthouse II software ect.

I have a 34 ft sailboat with wheel steering, with the present auto helm mounted at the steering wheel, with a flux gate compass below, and a controller mounter in the cockpit.

Suggestions appreciated and I thank you in advance.
