Anyone ever heard of this shop.
I have been trying to contact with no luck .
I paid for an item and have yet to see it or anything else from this company.

Their web-site shows PayPal as a form of payment.
Hopefully you used them as they would be able to assist with any issues up to and including refunds.

Yes I did use paypal , however moneys has already been taken from account

Do you know how PayPal works?
They take your money but don't credit the seller for a set amount of time. This allows you time to file a complaint.
