Unplug the dc lead to the speaker & if the cct breaker for the light is now ok you will have to swap over the wires going up to the light. After that all will be good.

What do you mean by 'CCT Breaker'?

Flipping the 15amp breaker indicated there is a reversal of wire to the light. If you unplug the speaker lead (the last thing you did) & the 15 breaker does not "flip" & the light works normally reverse the light wires & retry.

There each wired to their own 15amp breaker switch. Would one effect the other?

Sorry thought you just added the speaker to the same breaker as the light which was working ok before!! Speaker ok light on own 15 a breaker. Light on own 15 a breaker, shorted wires or something on that circuit.

Thanks for the help everyone. After exploring my other options it looks like there is a problem at the light. I guess I'll be climbing the mast.
