Wireless Speakers

Anyone out there have any experience with 'wireless speakers' on a boat?? Am thinking about using wireless speakers which use a low power transmitter receiving audio input from a audio source such as AM/FM/CD, etc. There are numerous units on the market (AR; Bose; etc.). Seem this would be a great way to get audio to the cockpit/V-berth etc., without having to hardwire to specific locations. Concerns would be interference with other electronics, etc. Thanks in advance for responces.

Given they still need power and installation. I'm not so sure you save much. I doubt interference would be a huge issue as they make wireless RAM Mics for VHF radios. I think you still need them attached or they tend go for a flight into space easily.
