Are you speaking of an IPad app maybe?
If so then yes, to some extent.
I’m very happy with Aqua Map for the Bahamas, it’s honest to goodness Explorer charts, complete, not just the data, and it incorporates Active Capt.

Second vote for AquaMaps. It also syncs with your Active Captain account and Waterway Guide info. Easy transferability between devices is terrific!
