Advice on electronic upgrade to classic boat

I am in the process of doing some upgrades so I can go cruising have posted a few threads and have received some great info.
This time its about electronics
Here what I'm looking at

• radar
• autohelm below cockpit cable steering hook up to quadrant
• AIS
• Wind indictor

I have approx. 10k for the upgrades Any recommendations The Canadian dollar sucks right now Have been looking at Raymarine Not sure what other systems are out there would be willing to spend a( break out another thousand ssss) ( boat) for a good system Hope to head out the St Lawrence in June then down the east coast.

Hi Eric, The Vesper 850 (AIS) is on my list after a bit of looking into it, but haven't gotten it yet. About $850. Try a search here, there are a few threads on the subjects too.
