RAM Mounts for Laptops

Has anyone used a RAM mount for mounting a laptop on their boat? I am thinking of mounting a toughbook on my boat. I am having a hard time figuring out what I need from them. There are so many different bits and bobs and they all seem to be kind of interchangeable.

I have bought a few RAM mounts for different things over the years including a laptop mount. Your right, there are plenty of parts to choose from. I call their customer support number, tell them what I want to do and they are very helpful.

Ditto to above. they know what they are talking about i told them 3 GPS set ups that we needed to put on some motorcycles at the shop. everything came in grouped boxes for each bike and went on perfectly. Good luck.

Just bought ram mounts for my laptop, tablets, smartphone on bike, its all very well made, good quality and works really well.
