KL Industries Water Tender
I ordered a mooring cover for my Water Tender 9.4. It came with snaps to screw into the boat. However there were no snaps on the cover. I contacted KL Industries by email. They could not even tell me if there were supposed to be snaps on the cover. I then called them. If you need to contact KL Industries they are part of Ameriform. Hard to find a contact number for KL. When I got a hold of Lynette Hester. She was totally uncooperative and would not even answer a simple question. I purchased the cover through Amazon. Since she could not find an order for it, the cover didn't exist.

Totally disgusted I am returning the cover to Amazon. Don't buy a KL Industries product if you expect customer service.
