Healthy mind and brain function

Hi Friends, After 40 years of smoking what I wanted, I quit! But damage has been done. A respitory infection resulted in a 6 day Va. hospital stay recently and I wish to share with you some wisdom gained from the experience. I became delusional and had to be put under observation due to lack of oxygen to the brain. I am now on oxygen thereapy and I realize now why I had such a fit the last three years restoring this '76 Columbia 9.6 sailboat. I had to constantly spend hour upon hour designing then start a project only to be doing it wrong and have to to do it again and again, could not keep focused and lost concentreation. Could not have been the medical marijuana hell I smoked it every day for 40 yrs! It was the robbing my brain of oxygen I am convinced! Since the hospital stay and being on the forced oxygen I have clear thoght process and understanding visons of the past and the future and life is back on tract line for Panama Canal next season! So many focus on what is not really important for so long in life that they have forgot what’s really important and that is our health and well being, I’m happy to hear the fog has cleared and your on the path to recovery ! I hope you stay healthy, without wellness life becomes not worth living and all the material things we thought were so important we discover are worthless!
