No fully automated scanner using star charts and artificial black sky for precision celestial positioning? The Chinese will have one a week after reading my post.

Well something must have recently come to light regarding GPS as the UK announced about 6 months ago that it was reinstituting a load of retired LORAN transmitters and investing in new ones.
