transfer waypoints from Garmin GPS12 to Capn Voyager

Hi everyone on the forum.
Greetings from a new member.
I have enjoyed the threads of chats on th forum and have finally decided to join in.
As a starter I have a question and it is about a Garmin handheld GPS 12 and Maptech charts on Capn Voyager software on my laptop.
During my cruisings I have collected over 500 waypoints varying from the Batic and North Seas to the Bay Area of Fan Francisco.
I would like to transfer these waypoints to the Capn Voyager, en mass.
I have exported the wps from Garmin12 into Easy GPS program but do not seem to be able to have them move into the Capn Voyager.
Can any of you help me out?

Thanks

Try converting the waypoints to Notepad and then importing to Cap'n. That's how it's done between Visual Passage Planner 2 and Cap'n.

I was having problems uploading waypoints & routes from the Capt to a new Garmin GPS. Garmin sent my a software program called "Mapsource" which has great capability to transfer data back and forth between Capt & GPS. Garmin sent me the disk for free.
