If you want to learn more, the CIA has a seminar that will teach you all about it, and much more.

"The Department of Defence very reluctantly allowed civilian use of GPS in the late 1980s."

Great...and who is paying for all this? Civilian tax payers...

It seems a little odd that the Culinary Institute of America (www.CIAChef.edu) would be talking about GPS, unless of course they are including the business of food delivery in their seminars.

The president ordered them to turn off selective availability.
It seems they are chipping away, trying to take it back.

It would seem that we pay for our own confinement.

At taxpayer expense we have the buying of excess weapons and surveillance equipment that is then donated to police departments all over the country, creating a militarized police state. Military funding of the space shuttle forcing a redesign compromising space exploration in favor of launching military satellites. Monopolizing the Hubbel apace telescope for Earth surveillance so that astronomers have to beg and wait in line to use it. Laws that allow confiscation of your money and property based solely on "suspicion".

The cage is getting smaller.

Make your cage bigger, Become a cruising sailor.
