Does anyone know of an available chart reading system that can read DNC charts?

We use Coastal Navigator by Rose Point Software and I think it does. I know it reads/incorporates a variety of chart formats.

Good Morning S/V Elizabeth for your quick response.

I went to the Coastal Explorer website, and they are telling me that DNC's cannot be loaded into Coastal Explorer. Which is really to bad. If you have a copy of HO Pub 9, there is a program on their CD called Fund 25. It is there to demonstrate the functionality of the DNC charts. That program is very limited in scope, however it will read the charts. It is very cumbersome and you have to move mountains to get it to do anything. Basic nuts and bolts, and a real memory hog on the old laptop. I want to believe that some programmer somewhere has looked at these charts and written a program to read them and incorporate things like AIS to work with them.
