Boat navigation system: All-In-One.

I believe this question was discussed here before.
Years, years before I used to take in the see only paper charts and compass, later I bought my first GPS unit Garmin 76 and was happy with it. Now after some time I coming back to the boat. And whole GPS world is changed: laptops, chartplotters, mobile phones, tablets which makes life of sailor much easier.
So far I have now installed HomePort on laptop, Navionics+ on android phone and Garmin BlueChart Mobile on iPad. And do not have chartplotter yet – have to buy it but I don’t know which brand. And all of those apps do no communicate with each other! I cannot create route in HomePort and send it to Navionics!
Is there set of apps with easy export-import functions between them to create one solid navigation system? If you have some easy day at home it would be nice to do work at laptop and send all info to mobile device and later to chartplotter. Or in rush make changes in your route on chartplotter and send it to the phone (as repeater in cockpit) without internet connection.
