Re: Young Pirate in Need of Advice

I'm planning to follow this thread very closely because I need to know how to do this also. As for now I just work two jobs. One for me and one for the boat.

Re: Young Pirate in Need of Advice

Awesome. As for now, I just gave my thirty day notice to my landlord and am about to move back in with my parents. Looking for a new job closer to central jersey (family and boat are in Bridgewater and sayreville respectively). I've spent the last few weekends fixing the boat. Should be ready by july first at the latest. This summer I will most likely be paying for summer fees at a monthly rate. That's if I can find a marina/club that does monthly rates.

Long story short. To keep the boats sacrifices must be made. I do not mind living home with rents and finding a different job. I feel that the boat is something for the future and any effort spent towards achieving that goal is well spent. Tell me about your situation
