I mean re-used the cones but I stress it was on the same wire in the same place. I probably wouldnt try it on different wire.

Used cones are trashed every time they are dismantled from the fitting, and to be honest dont make sense use a used cone in the same terminal, wire... unless you want to disconect the fitting for fun.. the new cone expand inside of the terminal and gripp the wire really well , a used one dont, so its a risky bussines....

The isolators must be replaced but there are much better SSB antennas than a backstay anyway so wouldn't waste the money.

Depending on your plans and how things look upon complete inspection, it may not be necessary to replace all the wire.
