Looking for Black Plastic Thimbles

Does anyone know where these might be found? I have seen them, perhaps not as small as I want-- 1/4 inch.
Thanks!

Samson Ropes have them. Made in Canada for them and they are very good ones.

Re: Looking for black plastic thimbles

Thanks.

I had seen a made up anchor line, Samson 3 strand with the black plastic thimble, but inquired of the supplier rather than Samson. Guess I picked the wrong company as no joy in response today. I'll try Samson now.

Re: Looking for black plastic thimbles

Just curious, but why would you want plastic thimbles rather than hot galvanized or stainless??

Re: Looking for black plastic thimbles

To simplify the description, it will be part of the topping lift and therefore at times will be slatting against the main.

The other possibility is to use ss, and wrap most of the thimble with marline.

But I do think there is a place for plastic thimbles.
