Help! What kind of wind vane Steering is this?

Trying to figure out the brand and model of self steering wind vane in the attached pictures. Was told it was a hydro-vane however nothing on hydrovane website matches mine. I can’t find any pictures of other brands that match my model. There are no proprietary brand names on the vane itself. Whatever it is, it works great.
Really just looking for the operating manual.
Any help appreciated.
