Redundant Through Hull Fittings...

I removed my marine Toilet/holding tank and hoses to fit my composting toilet.
Now I'm scratching my head what to do with 3 through hull fittings I don't need anymore. Next time the boat comes out should I get rid of the fittings and patch the holes or should I just leave the fittings where they are?.
By patching the holes I mean doing it properly .

If, by the time you take the boat out of the water, you are sure you will never go back to marine heads, then get rid of the holes. Holes are bad... You want as few as possible in your hull!!!

Definitely get rid of them. It's easy. We've sealed 7 out of 10 seacocks. Only 3 holes in our boat

If you want to preserve one, you can fill the others and glass on a standpipe above the waterline. That gives you some flexibility as there are many reasons for wanting such a thing...shortening the bilge pump run comes to mind.

Don't you still need a grey water exit for the sink?
