Force 10

Greetings,
The oven burner on the stove has lost adjustment and it looks like the air mix is improperly working. This happened suddenly and I first noticed it when a popping noise was heard when it was last used. Should I start troubleshooting at the burner or the regulator knob? All range burners are still working correctly. I'm already missing breakfast bisquits...
Thanks
