Anyone interested in a slightly used knife, I'd let it go cheap. Oh wait, I already let it go once.

I once had a tenant who constantly had a plugged toilet. Her kid kept stuffin' toys in it. After about 20 calls to fix it I resorted to the best tool in the toolbox!



Works every time. That and I told her if her kid did it to the new toilet I was doubling her rent.

I had a new house built once and one of the toilets kept plugging up. Finally had the contractor look at it and after 3rd call and me being adamant that my kids had not jammed a toy in there he remove the toilet. One of the carpenters or the plumber had put a large spike across the sewer pipe.

Oh??? You're saying that there's a force field around cedar buckets that prevents anything from being dropped into 'em?

Or that you'd rather stick your hand into a bucketful of whatever instead of a toilet to retrieve a dropped item?

I would be more choosy about what I eat, steel is pretty tough roughage.

Peg, no forcefield is needed. Buckets are simply smarter, more loyal, choosier critters than heads are. After all, have you ever, ever, heard of someone dropping their toothbrush,hairbrush, comb, glasses, dentures, or knife into a cedar bucket? And then having to worry about plunging into ordure to retrieve it?

Of course not.

Sorry about your economic conflict of interest <G> but, no heads, no indoor plumbing? No overtime calls for plumbers needed. No cable TV? Never have to wait for the cable guy. Or miss a show when it goes out. No telephone? No slamming on the phone bill.

There's something to be said for the simple things in life. Like cedar buckets. And way way bigger knives 'cause if it's small enough to drop down the head, as Crocodile Dundee might have said, you probably DO need a bigger knife.<G>
