If its works again i will be very gentle

Re: Does anyone know this saildrive brand and model?

When I refer to the remote, I mean the cable from your cockpit (or steering station) lever. The stick you refer to, as in the fourth image, is the saildrive end of that cable where it connects to the lever on the shaft into the gearbox. If you disconnect that "stick" (cable) at the saildrive (image four) and try the lever directly with your hand it will move and engage the forward and reverse gears. If the lever at the saildrive will not move it suggests, as catabebert said, that the problem is inside, perhaps at the engaging fork. If it does move and engage the gears, your problem is the cable or the adjustment and you can fix that in the water.

I'm trying directly with lever, disconnect cable.
I think the problem is engaging fork like you said.

'Hi!

I'm afraid I have the same problem... The drive will not engage forward unles I detach the wire and move the gear leaver on the sail drive manually.

According to the operato's maintenance manual (page 21 http://www.allpa.nl/media/files/manu...20DRIVE%20.pdf) there are supposed to be 35mm of movment between neutral and forward gear. Measuring this on my drive there seams to be over 50mm movment needed to put the saildrive in gear...

Do you think this is the same problem?

Do you have any ide of where to buy these parts?
Do you know where to order new sink-anodes?

I would be really greatfull for any help, we are planing on sailing from Tromsø to panema in 40 days...

Re: Does anyone know this saildrive brand and model?

Hi again, sorry for late answer.

We can't fix the saildrive, the spare part was so expensive.

I changed the saildrive system to shaft drive.

Aren't Nanni and Beta both using the Twin Disc SP60 sail drives now?

I have no idea and i don't wonder about sail drives.

Shaft drives are very simple systems and if system has a problem you can fix in sea.
