bahama bank crossing

hi all....looking to cross the bank from gun cay cut to nw channel light in a powerboat drawing 5 feet...is this a viable route with good weather tide and light? thank you!!!!

Yeah, easy crossing and a few miles shorter than the Northern route.
Did the Gun Cay route several times in a sailboat @ 5’6” draft.

great thank you for the answer..done that route in center consoles but not a m/y hope there is a spot with at least 14 ft somewhere so I can get on plane...she a slow hog hopping up but once there is sweet thanks again!
