Uploading Photos Trouble

Hi all
I am having trouble uploading photos. When I get to browse for the photo on my computer, internet explorer asks me to shut down. Using Windows 7 IE8.

Did you upload these pics from a different browser?

Those pictures were posted over a month ago. Tried several times today and no go. Seatched forums and no problem like this I could see.
