Want To Buy: 2006 or newer Hunter 45DS

I've been looking for a 2006 or newer Hunter 45DS for the last 2 years to replace my 2005 Hunter 41AC that I lost to a fire in Feb 2020 (yes, 2020 really sucked for me). I haven't found anything meeting my minimum requirements listed for sale at any price.

I would be thrilled to find one that is in good condition, decently equipped, and at a minimum has a furling main and fin keel (no shoal keels).

It would be even better if it was on the US West Coast. I am located in Los Angeles.

There was a discussion yesterday about Bavaria 44 so on a whim I looked up prices on YW. There was ONE for sale in CONUS when normally there would be a half dozen.

I haven’t looked on YW for the H45, but I have in the past, and last I saw prices had skyrocketed. That was a year ago. Don’t even bother looking at Lagoon 380 prices.

All are very popular models. I do like the Hunter. But the COVID market gobbled them up.
