The catamaran Catiana was build in female forms, The resin used was Vinylester the foam Divinycell. There is no wood in structural parts. The system used was vacuum bagging.

I thought they already had decided about the Schionning Cosmo they found before the kickstarter campaign...anyhow I hope they will be on water asap.

And also a congratulations to James selling sv Zingaro. I thought it would be a hard one to sell, but have to say it was a fast sale!

That's what I thought too. Between the Kickstarter, donations through PayPal, and sale of the old boat, he wouldn't even need a loan for the Schionning!

James is a shopper. If you Join Patron he has a whole bunch of info and why hes looking.
He wants the most newest boat for insurance purposes.
Also resale when hes done cruising. . He will be silent from the 5th through the 15th. Then he will be in the northwest and checking boats and financies once all the fees are taken from Kick starter

Hi guys!

She sure is a beaut. A foam 226 with inboard Yanmars, fractional rig, headroom in the galley... I like that bottom profile, SO much better than the Spindrift, far less hobby horsing. Pretty much takes care of everything I didn't like about Zingaro. Lock definitely applied what he learned, what a designer.

Nice boat. Thanks for letting me know about this, Bill. Being as we are all locked down our search is on hold.
