Bow Thruster Reccomendations Pearson 424

Hi all,

I'm considering adding a bow thruster to our 1983 Pearson 424. I'd love to not cut a giant hole in our bow, but I understand that outside mounted thrusters create drag.

Curious to hear if anyone on the forum has added a thruster to a similar boat, what style and brand they installed, and any other tips/tricks.
