OpenCpn and OeSENC Charts

Could you help me for the following problem:
I have a Netbook with Windows 10 and OpenCpn 5.2
I bought OeSenc charts which needs a specific plugin for opening these charts with OpenCpn.
Unfortunately I am unable to open these OeSenc charts : they are on OpenCpn but cannot be openned.
Could you help me ?

The oeSENC plugin comes with OpenCPN 5.2.0, but it is not installed until you go to (upper-left menu) "Options". Select the "Plugins" tab. Scroll down to "oeSENC" plugin. Click on it and Install.

- Avez vous vérifié que le complément "oeSENC" est activé dans les "Options/Compléments" ?
Par ailleurs, après avoir mis à jour le catalogue "Master", avez vous vérifié que la dernière version de ce complément a été installée ?

- Je suppose aussi que le jeu de cartes dans les "Options, Dossier des cartes" est correctement déclaré.

- Au fait, comment avez vous installé les cartes ? Avez vous employé l'onglet "oeSENC" dans les "Options/Cartes" pour les mettre à jour ?

- Si vous avez un Dongle-USB, sur lequel vous avez enregistré l'autorisation d'utilisation des cartes, n'oubliez pas de le mettre dans un port USB du PC avant de démarrer OpenCPN.

Oui , j'ai utilisé cet onglet

Je n'ai pas de Dongle-USB

Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est que l'année dernière dans les onglets cartes tout en bas d'OpenCpn les cartes OeSenc apparaissaient dans un petit onglet vert. Rien de tel actuellement : rien n'apparait.

Can you post a screenshot with the entry of the oeSENC set at the chart list tab?


When installing online - from the oeSENC tab - this entry will be prepared automatically. No user action required.

Have you chart outlines activated on your system? The "o" key is the short cut. As we can see that the status is "installed"...

Well, looks that the charts are installed three times???
Did you download and unzip the charts manually as well?



Can you have a look in which directory they really are located and then delete the wrong entries from the chart list?
The one that is doubled up you can delete directly from the list. The directory with CarteeoSENC.


Finally you should run "rebuild data base" - "... reconstruire .."

I supressed the charts installed three times and I run " rebuild data base " . Unfortunately I do not have any change : I cannot open the oeSENC charts.

If you have deleted all the three directories, then OpenCPN will not find oeSENC charts.
What happens when you reinstall from the oeSENC tab?

I made a mistake in my reply : I deleted only two directories . I have still one oeSENC tab on my computer.
