St. Lucia entry and crew protocols

Anyone know the present situation for both flying into and cruising into the island for crew pick up? A friend is having his boat delivered to the US and wants to stop in St. Lucia, which appears to have loosened travel restrictions while requiring a negative covid 19 test within 7 days of arrival and a pre registration form of some sort. I suggested Marigot Bay which has a customs office and had been a laid back and welcoming port. Any recent experiences would be helpful.

Re: St. Lucia entry and crew protocols

JMASTAL, Thank you for starting this thread.

The detail I cannot find is this: Can our delivery crew, enroute from cape town to Florida, pick us up in St Lucia without having to quarantine? We will be flying in from Florida. I hoped the crew could just stay on board, pick us up, and leave.
I believe we can take a COVID taxi directly from airport to boat.

Thank you,

Todd
