This is a Map-server and Visor, and you will not find something like a "map-downloader". The visor does compose the chart s"on-the-fly" from the underlying chart objects data map.
For a WMS server...

The http for the WMS server?

OCPN does not support a direct access to WMS servers. Would be nice feature for sure.

From the WMS access it should be possible to create georeferenced raster...
